Custom GRC Bracketry
GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) cladding are decorative panels installed internally or externally on buildings. They are often used to provide an aesthetically pleasing covering over the more functional elements of a building. GRC panels are formed off site by machine spraying cement and aggregate mix into a mould while layering glass fibres.
Our technical team will fully design your brackets. Once you give your approval we can then fabricate the fixings and brackets for your GRC panels. Products can be made in grades 304 and 316 stainless steel. Serrated pads and washers, nylon isolation washers and shim packers are avaliable on request. Stainless UK is an associate member of UKCSA

Serrated Pads & Serrated Washers
We hold a selection of stainless steel serrated pads and washers (sometimes referred to as sawtooth plate) in stock which are often welded to our fabrication orders. We also supply serrated locking pads and washers as a stand alone product. All plate is cut with the standard 3mm adjustments.
The most common size serrated pad and washer system we stock is
- Serrated pad Grade 304 80mm x 40mm x 4mm.
- Serrated washer Grade 304 40mm x 40mm x 4mm.
Should you require a custom serrated pad and washer for your fabrication we do have a milling machine that allows us to serrate plate up to a width of 300mm, length of 750mm and 30mm thick. Holes can either be laser cut or punched. As standard our serrated plates are supplied as grade 304 but we can make them in 316 upon request.
TIMBER CONNECTORS
Stainless UK manufacture timber connectors for mechanical post fixing for timber framed structures. All products manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1090-2 Load Bearing and Structural Steel Components.
All timber connectors are currently manufactured to requirements.
