We regularly thread fully threaded bars up to 6 meters long and end thread stainless tie bars.

Thread rolling is the preferred method for producing strong, smooth, precise, and uniform external thread forms.

The cold working of the surface increases the tensile strength of the metal worked, and static tensile tests have frequently recorded increases on the order of 10% in the breaking strength of the threaded bar.
